Pecans

Sometimes in life -and in business- you get thrown little "extras". In our case, those come in the form of well established naturally occurring pecan groves which dot the sandy bottoms of South East Johnson County. Look for production to start just in time for pecan pie season!

Farming

With wheat as the foremost production goal,  we not only continue to meet growing world-wide demand, but also serve to continue a self sustaining cycle for our ranch operation including grazing and hay production. Milo and Corn are also on deck for future endevours.

As with our ranching operations we look to both the past and the future for guidance. Methods such as vertical tillage, GPS assist, and broadening our no-till acreage are all firmly within our cross hairs in the coming seasons.

Ranching

To date- Grandview Farms maintains an active cow-calf operation with primary focus on production of Angus, Brangus, and Sim-Angus cattle.

In combining traditional Cowboy techniques with modern technological advances, we are able to hold fast the cattle raiser roots of old while ensuring success and improved productivity in this rapidly evolving industry.
